I had been quoted almost double by a different company, Ruben took the time to explain the problem and what he and his team were going to do to fix it. He and his crew was there everyday at the time stated and left at quitting time. He stated at the beginning they would be finished at 1:00 Saturday, and they were. Ruben came out quickly to give an estimate but to my surprise we thankfully didn’t need it! I’m a first time home buyer and I saw an issue in our ceramic tile and assumed foundation. Ruben and his crew at Triple BBB Foundation did an amazing job on our home. They worked two full days straight from 8 am to 6 pm, including a Saturday, to install 21 pilings and lift the center of our house by about 2 inches. Their communication was great throughout the entire process, they cleaned up really well after the work, and the value was outstanding.
